Delete Your UpNext Account

You can request deletion of your UpNext account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email support@upnextmaint.com from the email address associated with your UpNext account.
2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" (or just tell us you'd like your account deleted).
3. We'll confirm your identity using the account email, then delete your account and data within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Once your request is processed, we permanently delete:

• Your account (email, username, and login credentials)
• All assets, maintenance tasks, due dates, and completion history you've entered
• Your push notification token

What May Be Retained

We may retain minimal records (such as email correspondence related to your deletion request) as needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. This retained data is not used for any other purpose and contains none of your app content (assets, tasks, or maintenance history).

Retention Period

Your account and app content are deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Any legally-required correspondence records are kept no longer than necessary for that purpose.
