The Service

UpNext helps you track maintenance for things you own (e.g. vehicles, appliances, home systems) by letting you log assets and maintenance tasks, and sending reminder notifications based on schedules you set up.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into the App (asset names, tasks, notes, and similar content). By using the App, you give us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you — we do not use it for any other purpose.

Acceptable Use

Don't use the App to store unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App, or access other users' accounts or data without authorization.

No Professional Advice

Maintenance schedules, reminders, and cost estimates in the App are provided for general organizational convenience only — they are not professional, manufacturer, or safety advice. Always follow the manufacturer's recommendations and applicable safety guidance for your specific vehicle, appliance, or home system, and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time or at all (for example, due to your device's notification settings or connectivity).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed maintenance, property damage, or costs incurred from a reminder that was late, inaccurate, or not delivered.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do.
